To protected your skin from the sun, using sunscreens are highly recommended. sun rays can cause premature aging, dull face, wrinkles, black spots, dry skin and rough. Therefore, choosing the right sunscreen helps to protect skin from sun exposure.
How to recognize the sunscreens before you buy and wearing it ??????
- Choose a sunscreen with SPF. SPF is a guideline for how long you can be in the sun without your skin burning.
- If skin without applied the sunscreen can be flushed and burned in 10 minutes in the sun (initial burning time), then those who wear SPF 2 is able to hold time 20 minutes in the sun before the skin started to burn.
- SPF 15 – skin resistance in the sun is 2 to 2.5 hours prior to skin sunburn.
- Many people assume that the higher the SPF number, you will be more protected from the sun …. That is true. Currently SPF 30 -50 already available which would have value far greater protection. For the SPF of this type are not only prevent skin burns from the sun but also can prevent DNA damage cells due to UV rays. Make sure before you bought the sunscreen besides SPF, there are contain also like: Broad-spectrum function gives protection against UVA and UVB rays, Zinc oxide, about 5 to 8% and 10% titanium dioxide.
